Recently, I had some homeowners call me to help them get the value on their property because they were looking to sell. They were moving out, leaving the house vacant, and did not plan to come back once they were moved out. It’s December, and they don’t have anyone around to care for the home while they are away.

For them, what we decided they needed, was not only will I be selling their home, but also ensuring the property is checked on and the walks are clear, garbages are out/returned, etc as an additional service for them.
